New Grand Cru 85% recipe
This new version of our Grand Cru bar has an even higher cocoa content, 85%, and is made with low-temperature, unroasted beans from the Kokoa Kamili plantation in Tanzania. The result is a pure, intense dark chocolate with a long, full-bodied finish. We use mainly whole sugars with a low glycaemic index. For this recipe, we use Java coconut blossom whole sugar.
Ingredients: raw cocoa beans from the Kokoa Kamili plantation in Tanzania, full-fat Java coconut blossom sugar, cocoa butter. Organic and Fairtrade ingredients.
