How each one is traditionally used

White sage is burned to clear heavy or stale energy from a room. Desert sage is used for protection. Palo Santo, the "holy wood" of the Andes, is lit to invite calm, love and good fortune. Selenite is kept on a windowsill as a cleansing stone, recharged by the sun and the moon.

How to use your kit

Open a window, light the tip of a stick, let the flame go out and gently walk the smoke through each room. Rest the stick in a fireproof dish or sage burner and never leave it unattended.
